TAKE OUT Just ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner. It was 2 huge chicken breasts with the best breading fried beautifully, great mashed potatoes and a delicious brown gravy. Enough for two dinners. It was amazing. Every time I visit for dinner the food is awesome. Seriously...every time.

Very good service, and great portions for the price you pay. Food comes out quickly and the staff is helpful! Even better they don't come around when you're mid chew. Their St. Louis wet ribs were delicious!

Will definitely come back again!

I had the ribs, dry, and my wife had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were very good. I would recommend eating there to anyone. Overall, we were very satisfied. My wife says her sandwich was amazing. The ribs could have used a little more brining and longer in the smoker, they were a bit dry, even for dry rubbed. I've traveled the entire country with my job, so I've had a lot of ribs to compare too. You could tell they weren't smoked very long because it was a very mild flavor and the color didn't penetrate the meat much. They were delicious and perfectly tender, just some room for improvement. The best part of the meal was the cornbread at the beginning. Some of the best cornbread I've ever had. Probably top ten. Actually tasted like corn, was moist, and had whole corn kernels in it. Warmed up enough to melt the butter. The cornbread was worth the meal by itself. In my opinion, the Carolina mustard sauce was the winner of the four available options. The others were good, the mustard was best.

Nice cozy place. The service was nice, I loved to warn corn bread they served us. The food portions are so big and the food is delicious. I got the half smoked chicken, it was flavorful, I wish the skin was cooked more so it can be a bit more crispy but that was my only complain. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meals. Definitely a nice place to go when in the mood for some nice barbecue!
