    Update: I have been back a bunch of times and I want to update and say they have been amazing. Maybe I just hit them on bad days!!!

    really love the quality of food and smoothies. Three stars from me because honestly most of the staff are not friendly. Never smiling and I almost feel like I am bothering them by coming. I'll still go because I like a healthy option for my babies when we are out just something I think they can work on.

    Needed a place for a quick snack and coffee and came across Sweet and Earthy, and I'm damn glad I did! I grew up around here and come back occasionally and I love to see small businesses putting out quality products, as well as service! I got the protein bowl and coffee. Bowl was great and service was excellent! I'll definitely be back!

    I just ate here for the first time and I am literally speechless. First, I got a cinnamon bun with Oreo truffle and it was the very best thing I’ve ever tasted. I also ordered a small Cocoa 4 Keto smoothie and not only was it delicious but the worker was extremely nice and gave me a large instead of a small. I am so happy we discovered this place today. The prices are phenomenal in comparison to the nearby competition. I highly recommend this place!!!

    The girls here are amazing! They provide excellent customer service! The menu is very exciting with savory and sweet options and a mix of unique and classic smoothie options! The morning Joe smoothie (with coffee and banana) was to die for! The Golden milk (turmeric, cardamom, black pepper, etc. ) was also great and perfectly flavored! I’ll definitely be back to try more!

    Food was very tasty. Had a hard time deciding which of their specialties to pick. I enjoyed the goat cheese toast and boston cream for dessert
