Five Guys

Have been to MANY Five Guys in this area, as well as other states. Problem in Fall River: Someone (the Grill Cook) is squeezing the juices right out of EVERY burger, creating dry hockey pucks.
I realize that Five Guys likes to grill theirs Well Done (avoids E. Coli issues) but still - there is NO need to press the juice out of every burger!
(And I've been to this new store about 6 times, at varying times, shifts and days. So the Grill Cooks have been trained to do this.)
Not to despair...there's a Five Guys in Swansea that knows how to do it right.

First time visiting. The fries were amazing and a huge serving! Burger was great even though I got it without the bun.

I love their fries with lots of malt vinegar and salt. The burgers are great. My only issue is they are greasy but maybe that's what makes them taste so good. They always have free peanuts. The French fries are homemade so, that's a bonus and the burgers are made to order. It can be pricey if you have 3 kids. I spent just over $40

The food was fabulous as always. Fries were a little salty but they were still good. I had the little cheeseburger and it was just right. My only complaint was the bathrooms. I hardly ever use the restrooms when I go out but it was necessary. The toilet was maybe 13" off the floor and the toilet paper wasn't much higher. Who designed this? My legs were in the way of trying to unroll the toilet paper which was encased like it was Fort Knox. That experience was totally ridiculous.

Food was amazing, but what stood out the most was the staff. They were awesome. Very personable and made the experience fun! I had a large order and they handled it with ease. The order was perfect and food was delicious. Can’t say enough about it. Will definitely be back there again and again. Keep up the good work!
