The Pearl

My husband and I went to The Pearl today for lunch for our Anniversary. Everything was wonderful. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable and modern. Our server, Stephanie was very friendly and attentive. She recommended the shrimp Mozambique appetizer, which was cooked perfectly. They served nice Portuguese rolls for dunking. My husband got the Portuguese steak dinner (I had a bite-so flavorful and tender) I had the linguica wrap. I could only eat half, it is really good. The hand cut fries were yummy. Rice pudding for dessert was just like my husband's recipe-lemony and delicious. Also, lots of beer on tap to choose from, icy cold! We will be back!!!

Food is ok, I'm a pretty good cook and I can make most of there dishes better than they can. Place in clean and staff is pleasant.

Been there four times, all different days and times. Their fish and chips are amazing. Get three servings out of it and have to bring a lot home. I have NEVER, EVER had fish and chips so good and so reasonably priced and I’m in my 60’s! Jillian our waitress is amazing. Several times we were there the owner came over to talk to us and other diners. If you think the dining room is a little loud, try sitting at one of the tables in the bar area. Had company from S. Carolina with us last time. She hates fish but agreed to taste my fried fish. She loved it! Parking can be a little challenge at busy times but I’d walk a mile to eat there. Wish I were more familiar with Portuguese food, would like to try it. Thank you Pearl for being our new,favorite place!

This is the most amazing place. Our new spot. I love the people I love the food. I love the service. I love the drinks. I love the entertainment. My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and it was the best choice to go to The Pearl. We will be back with all our friends and family.
