State Road Restaurant checks all the boxes for a fine-dining experience: a roaring fireplace, intimate tables, soft lighting, and attentive service. Oh, and the food is delicious too. The menu changes with the season, but continually puts fresh, local produce and proteins front and center.

Delicious food with really good flavors. Great setting and service too. The server who had been there 5 years set the meal perfectly, had really good answers and was quick to run back to the kitchen to get an answer. Only issue was a dish missing one ingredient. This place we highly recommend.

Everything we ordered was excellent. I've never has brussel sprouts that were memorable until last night. And the small garden in the front is super cute.

Best meal on the island hands down. From the fish to the duck to the apps, it’s worth the trip alone. Also amazing service - we came after our engagement and champagne was on the house. Soft lighting and quiet enough to hear one another talk.
