    RICH IS AWESOME! We love coming here because of him. He is so friendly and accurate, and I hope his incredibly great attitude rubs off onto others because Dunkin Donuts in the North Shore area has gone WAY down in service. Very frustrating! Nice job, Rich...whoever you are!!!!
