    This location is a stones throw away from the water. There is a popular busy bar on the first floor that's open till late. Many boats are coming in to get gas or diesel. There's a tent pavilion usually hosting large celebrations into the night . Docked in the marina are charter boats along with the Wicked Tuna boys. If your not getting on a fishing boat in the morning and looking for a quiet night it might not be for you. That rooms are clean. There's an amazing hole in the wall restaurant across the street. If you go don't miss it.

    Great stay at Cape Ann Marina. Friendly staff and decent accomodations. The pool and hot tub are great. The rooms are very comfortable but could use some updates.
