I walked in this Dunkin‘ Donuts at 630 am on a Sunday morning I asked if I can open one of the blinds to gentleman behind the counter he says no problem go ahead as I go to pull up the blind Hear a woman That was on the drive window, say loudly so I would hear her you should’ve told him no !,,When I confronted her and said if you really want me to The blinds closed I will, she became Verbally combative that’s when I I asked for the manager,,who was Very nice, I said what happened to customeservice??I kind of was smiling and making light of it,,But really what has happened the customer service it seems it’s been Going downhill for the last 15 years now I can’t even get a smile and open the blinds Dunkin’ Donuts

Go often, like it. But one time, asked for a small iced caramel and mocha coffee, went up to window, asked if a medium is okay. Charged me for a medium, strangely this time, I got more ice. I did drank some of it but after pouring out the ice, it seems I got less for what I paid for. Usually it's fine most of the time.
