Incredibly friendly staff. Newly opened and offering more items every week. Their Richie's Italian Ice is delicious and comes in 6 flavors. They also have Richardson's Ice cream and an array of treats (chocolate covered strawberries to cream filled muffins). They have outdoor seating (first come first served on 2 tables) with umbrellas. A great addition to an ever-evolving downtown Lynn. Source - I live Downtown

Definitely my new favorite go to spot ! The people are patient and kind, food is delicious , and most of all affordable. I’ve been there a few times and every time I visit I try something new with no disappointments.

These days, it’s common to see a local business close and then a national chain will open in its place. This was the opposite: Dunkin closed at this location and Union Cafe opened in its place. They gave the place a big makeover, looks really nice in there. The pastries were delicious and the staff was so so friendly. I want to try their breakfast sandwich. I’ll be back.

Went in for morning coffee. Place was so clean you could eat of the floor. I had an iced coffee, and a bagel. Service was quick, and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I butterfingered my delicious coffee just outside the door; they promptly made me another one without even asking. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Best experience I had at a coffee shop in a long long time. Make sure you visit.
