**updated 4/1 - Returned today to try again. Really was missing their great food. All good. Owner remembered us. Apologized for our first visit saying it was hectic due to first days of opening. Very nice guy. We will be back to regulars and changed rating to 5 stars**
Bummer this is under new ownership. Mommy's Pho had great service. This new place Spring Restaurant. I think that is the name. TERRIBLE service. Zero personality. Owner barely care you were there. You would have thought if new owner you would go out of your way to greet customers. We told one of the owners we were regulars to Mommy's and it didn't even cause a reaction.

Wow I came on Sunday buying food to take home it was busy. I had waited a little bit long but it deserved because the food was very good. The owner was very nice.

Beautiful place in here. Food is delicious 🤤 I love Pho here soup is so tasty and smell so good. Peanut sauce for spring roll is so fabulous. Service is friendly and fast❤️

Excellent Vietnamese food ! The restaurant is very clean and love the decorations! My coworker and I were there yesterday to try the salmon with honey sauce and pork chops with fried rice were so delicious and tasty! Also we have a chance to meet with the owner ‘s Tan. He is super friendly and greeting us with warm welcome! Will definitely coming back 🥰

Spring Restaurant is so impressive to me. I love your food for example vegetarian noodle soup, tofu spring rolls and Lychee Martini. Moreover, the owner is very hospitable. I have been introduced to my friends coming this place🤩
