Tides Restaurants & Pub

It's a good place with amazing view. We were there for lunch with a group of friends. We sat outside, and it was so hot and sunny. They don't have any umbrellas or anything to make shade. We survived. Stuff members were nice and friendly. The only thing we got 6 plates for appetizers and 2 were really dirty. I worked in restaurant myself and I know that dishwashers are not perfect, but the waiter should check what ends up in from of customer. Other than that everything was good. Food was delicious.

This place has a great atmosphere with awesome food. I've been there several times and every time the food is great. The only issue we can all agree on is the parking. Its as if there's not as many spots as the place can hold people. But still I don't care..ill always go back

This was my first time ever in the Tides. We stopped in & got a buffalo chicken pizza and a pepper & onion pizza, as well as boneless buffalo wings. The wings came on a plate with carrot & celery slices with a small bowl of ranch dressing, and they were tender & delicious. The pizzas were cooked just right, the vegetables were still a bit crunchy, and the chicken was nice and tender, which made both pies very tasty. It was pretty crowded when we got there, which is a sign that it is a good place to have a bite & a drink.

In my opinion, Tides is one of the best seafood restaurants on the North Shore. If you want only the freshest seafood, then this should be your next destination. The frying oil is always fresh because you can’t taste it. The fried shrimp tastes like fried shrimp, and the fried calamari tastes like fried calamari, etc., etc. If your preference is red meat, I suggest the prime rib sandwich. It’s awesome!! The rewards card is a great perk, especially if you frequent the restaurant on a regular basis. The staff is always friendly and smiling. The bar is well stocked with lots of beer choices. The atmosphere in the dining area is cozy and quiet. There’s a great deck with views of Nahant Beach, and the sunsets are magnificent!! Love this place!!

Definitely a busy place. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. We went here based off of a recommendation. Overall pretty good food with reasonable prices. I think everything we ordered was enjoyed. My wife wasn't happy with the host stand situation. The sign says please wait to be seated. So we waited. But then we find out that there's another host stand for outside seating. Maybe add another sign please? Something to better direct us first timers to your restaurant? That's all :)
