Outstanding! Tony catered my daughter's high school graduation party with his hand-crafted pizzas. His stunning collection of delicious pizzas are prepared with top-notched, handmade ingredients (e.g., he roasts garlic for his garlic-herb pizza, prepares a sausage sauce to die for). In addition to the great food, Tony has a great personality that engages guests from kids to adults. We're already thinking about the next opportunity to invite Tony back for another event!

Tony Carbone was truly the hit of my son’s 30th birthday celebration! The guests’ ages ranged from 2-84 and his delicious pizza was enjoyed by all! Tony was prompt and quite organized in his set up. He worked his magic while conversing with guests throughout the night. The pizza kept on coming until the guests were full and satisfied! I would not hesitate on inviting The Urban Epicurean to your next special event!

We had Tony visit with us in New Hampshire for my wife's 40th birthday party. I have to say up front, that I do not eat pizza on a regular basis because so many don't know how to make it properly. That being said, I could not eat enough of Tony's pizza!!! Everything about it was fantastic from the superb sauces, to the delicious and crispy crust, to the fresh toppings!!! That was just about the best pizza that I have ever eaten and the other 13 people in my group completely felt the same. On top of the great pizza, Tony was not only professional, but very personable, and was very patient in answering the questions of a foodie like myself. If you are hosting a party for a pack of pizza lovers, I could not give a higher recommendation than one that I would give to The Urban Epicurean!!! Give him a try and I GUARANTEE that you will not be disappointed!!!!

We had Tony host a pizza, pasta making class in our home for 3 couples. Tony was amazing! We learned about how to make the dough, sauce’s and how to make the pasta. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We would highly recommend him for in home cooking classes. We will definitely have him back. Fun night! Thanks Tony!!

Wow! Tony joined our family and friends for a housewarming/birthday celebration and his pizza was an absolute highlight! Tony’s set up was incredibly thoughtful and professional. In addition to the phenomenal pizza Tony also brought two amazing salads which were equally as good! Tony fired up pizzas for 12 adults and 10 kids effortlessly. He entertained the adults and children alike by showing us how to make the pizzas and sharing stories of how he’s perfected his recipe over the last two years. Tony does it all and it made hosting a party at our home a dream! I would highly recommend inviting Tony to join your next celebration!
