We just stopped at the North Andover ... & I just have to say great staff really from the time you place your order till the end place look well kept cleaned for their was One female staff making sure it was ???? .. everyone busy working but at the same time good/ attentive to their guest ..

Best place for company or organiziation outing. Contact general manager, Haley Benitez and say Dr. Al highly recommended you. Whether it's 12 to 200, they will come to your location. They even have vegetarian options. Give them a try, Dr. Al Costanza

Milkshake and burger combo is bomb. You can also have your burger exactly how you want it. The atmosphere is great, makes you feel relaxed

It was good for our purposes. Made to order. Good medium burger and fries. Daughter liked Caesar salad. We had a big group. Everyone orders at counter and picks up food later. Lots of tables. You get to put whatever you want on burgers at buffet style topping station.

I always have such mixed emotions about this place because the food is always SO PERFECT that it almost looks fake. Every tomato is perfectly sliced, the buns truly look fake, and the burgers cooked to perfection. I can't fault a single thing about the food. Here's where I get lost: the ambiance and decor is super outdated...like REALLY BADLY outdated. It takes away from the overall experience which is disappointing. Additionally, the staff the last time I went was underwhelming. The person taking our order was really mumbly and hard to hear. We stumbled over our order a few times until we figured each other out. Also, the kitchen team was standing and talking together and ignoring a customer that needed a to-go box.

Not the end of the world, but again, small things inhibit what could have been an excellent customer experience.
