Fire time trying Pablo’s food truck today on my break at Ulicious . I got the burrito and chips and guacamole. Everything tasted fantastic and the guacamole was one of the best I have had. I got there when they started to close up but they still took my order with great service.
Pablos delivers exactly what it promises - great tacos with traditional recipes. Easy to love!
The renovation turned out beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The burrito had nice flavor I just wish they offered queso and diet sodas.
Real tacos in downtown NA, been waiting 15 years for this. Very rare that I leave reviews and generally only do so when it’s worthy of letting others know. Place is phenomenal. Ordered 9 different tacos (Mexican style) as a test run. Didn’t even need to eat the first one before I knew it was going to be good. 2 warm fired soft shells per taco, served with limes, red and green salsa. Both salsas were delightful. Real taco heads know this is the way. Haven’t tried the burritos yet. The rice and beans make those, but no doubt they’ll be good.
I crush Mexican food in all varieties including super Americanized, but the more authentic the better. If the burritos are nearly as good as the 4/9 tacos I’ve smashed so far it will seriously compete with Tacos Lupita. I’d buy this in 10lb servings and meal prep with it. If you’re looking for me finding me at Pablo’s eating tacos.
Well played Pablo. Well played.
Pablo was originally known as a food truck near North Andover and Lawrence. It's great that they now have a fixed place where people can buy tacos and burritos in North Andover. This place was originally a Dunkin' Donuts, so they are still using the same interior structure as before. They have a bathroom, and there are plenty of seats available. They started their business in early June 2024.
Recommended menu: Shredded Chicken Burrito (Price $14).
