El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

The food is pretty great although the portions are humongous and some of the dishes can be pretty greasy. You're sure to find something you'll like though and it's very family friendly. The staff is really great too and the owner frequently checks in on the patrons.

Very Good, This is not my frst time here. I have been to El Tapatio 4 or 5 times. I have been very happy with the food and service each and every time. Try it you will not be sorry.

Food and drinks were good. Place was very busy and we had to flag down the staff for service after being seated. Service was fine after that. It was very, very, loud when crowded and difficult to hear the person across the table. They need to install sound dampening materials on the walls and ceilings. I will most likely go there again.

The Wife and I entered and were greeted quickly. There were only a few other groups dining the afternoon we came, allowing us to choose where to seat. Our server welcomed us, brought tortillas, salsa and asked for beverages. We were given menus and indicated the lunch specials. When drinks came, prepared as ordered, our order was taken. The food came very quickly and was piping hot. Not sure if there was a communication error, but we didn't see our server again. Another server cleared our plates and after a while when I flagged him down he brought our check. Other than that, the experience was fine. I'd like to visit again when they are busy and the bar is hopping.
