    Clean and friendly. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the Salem location seems to always have problems with their online/app ordering. It’s always down and with the current pandemic situation it makes this location less attractive and definitely not convenient.

    This Starbucks has awesome customer service. My husband went to pick up my mobile order and barista was super nice. He made my husband feel welcome and made sure my drink was correct. I thought they made my drink incorrect, so I went back and told them I wanted White mocha not Mocha without hesitation they remade my drink immediately. When I saw the what I order it was my fault for not checking off white mocha. It was entirely my fault. Sorry! They were so nice about the whole situation. My other drink came out great and delicious. Thank you for putting up with my poor attitude. This Starbucks is A+.
