Update. The only small mistake made in 3 years was rectified quickly! Tgis food is awesome and priced lower than most. Charlies is great!! Pickup is always ready on time, pizza is always exactly as ordered, staff is polite in petson and on the phone, prices are fair. Much better customer relations than local competition!

Always a great place to eat. Very personable and know us by name

The pizza had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. When I asked for a hot pizza, the Mgr put another slice in the oven and charged me twice. I only expect to eat hot pizza in a pizzeria, and I just wanted to eat one slice!

Pizza slices were huge, but I have had better. Customer service was great, love the girl there, but the manager was angry. I am semi vegetarian so I only eat chicken and seafood so I asked the girl to add chicken and banana peppers on one slice and olives and onions on the other. The girl is new and she thought it was find, but the manager was shaking hi head and he said "we don't do this, like she did you a favor. If you ever come back don't order this again." I said, "ok, I won't." He said "like don't do that again." Me "okay, I didn't know that, it's my first time here." He won't see me again!

I had a good experience, granted; this is my first time going to this pizzeria. Ordered a pizza and some onion rings. Pizza was okay, the sauce was really good but the cheese didn't seem fully melted. Still tasted good even though the crust a little burnt, not burnt enough for me really complain but hey, I like a little crunch on my crust. The onion rings were good as well but the large rings I ordered seems really small for some reason. Also, I ordered online and the price on my computer screen properly reflected the price I paid. The reason why I bring this up is because some pizza places I order from online will give me a completely different price upon my arrival to the store. So thank you Charlie's pizzeria for the transparency. The service was pretty good and the people seemed friendly. The only down side was the online ordering. When you order online your takes about 15 minutes. When I arrive at the store 15 minutes later I was told that ordering online has about a 10 minute delay. But hey, the wait wasn't that bad. I plan to go again, maybe I"ll update my review to a 5 star in the future.
