    Went to the new saugus shop. Manager was very nice. 45 minute wait for the subs, but so worth it! Just delicious! Bread is very fresh and soft! Will definitely be back.

    Been there twice since the opening. Everything is cut fresh to order and the bread is baked fresh in store and is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great addition to Saugus!

    Definitely, by far, one of the best Jersey Mikes I have been too! Staff is super friendly and greet you the second you walk in the door. Food is just as good as the service , will be a stop everytime I'm on Route 1!

    We have been waiting for a Jersey Mike's to come to this area. It was awesome going in and having a sub that I remember from my childhood. Staff was very friendly. Keep up the great work guys!!
