Cold River Cafe & Restaurant

Stopped by here on a whim and I'm glad we did. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was attentive. I had the special (thanksgiving style turkey sandwich) it was great and my husband really liked his food as well. Prices were pretty good I'd definitely go back if we go up that way.

Great owner, great food & great service. Prices were terrific. We would definitely go again. Grandma's Italian cookie recipe was so good too!

We actually stumbled upon this restaurant on a recent vacation trip. I was soooo surprised to find such an amazing restaurant in such a somewhat remote location! The food was incredible and their menu included chef-prepared specials such as a special stew with cornbread, mussels, butternut squash soup etc. they also had a big assortment of homemade pies that looked amazing, though I didn’t sample them! Anyway, be sure to stop in if you are anywhere close to this area!

We had the lunch menu so it was burgers, sandwiches and salads. Food is good and prepared the way you asked. Service was friendly. Price was reasonable. When it's warm enough there is a small patio which is pleasant to eat at.
