Kobe Hibachi Sushi and Bar

The service is friendly, efficient enough, and the food is good. The Hibachi cooks seem to be enjoying themselves as they entertaingly prepare your meal. It's a lot of fun. Our family has this resteraunt in our regular rotation. If you are in beautiful Greenfield MA, and are in the mood for something a little different, give it a shot.

Food was good but service was poor. One girl for a lot of people. Sushi order of appetizers came after the meal was done. One person never got the drink they ordered, and couldn't find anyone to get the drink.

They do have gluten free options but all of the employees are not fluent in English so when I ordered gluten free food once, the woman taking my order over the phone did not undersrand and I ended up paying $13 for food that made me sick as heck. When I checked the receipt the next day, I saw that she had put my order into the computer wrong and served me gluten food. I was sick for days. There is one man who is usually at the bar who is very knowledged in food allergies.

At one time, the food was amazing... recently I ordered, on several occasions, and was really disappointed. The quality of the food they once served was much better... please go back to the old ways and methods.

Everyone is super nice, but at the end of the day, if it’s not yummy, I can’t continue to return.... 3 times on 3 separate occasions I was disappointed with the dishes they served...

Good time!! Service and food did not disappoint. Definitely going back when I'm in the area.
