Dunkin'

I love going there because I can get a coffee the way I like it large light Two Sugars three squirts of vanilla bean I stumbled across this when I had a cold and I really enjoyed it this Dunkin Donuts I have been able to get the coffee this way

Gotta Love this place for my Coffee when I'm on the run and don't have the time to get home and make coffee

Reading all the reviews about this particular Dunkin is kinda wild. I've never had a bad experience in my 2 and a half years of coming here other than just having either not enough cream cheese or just too much of it on my bagel lol. I think people are to quick to write reviews on how terrible their experience rather than not second guessing to write a good one.

Anyway, I go through the driveway in the morning when I get a chance. Everyone is super sweet which is kinda surprising since its early in the morning and since employees are human too, I kinda figured they would be grouchy or tired but NOPE. They're super sweet, nails are manicured, the girls are always SO nice. This time I was running late when I ordered my coffee and bagel. I got my coffee but I think they forgot my bagel so they politely asked me if I could park my car in the front so they could deliver it to me, which was way more than necessary. The girl delivered my order and sincerely apologized. It wasn't a big deal at all to me, I'm pretty laid back but the apology was so genuine and sincere it was honestly so cute that I started to feel bad haha. Anyway, I forgot her name and had to call the store to get her name. She's not only a good example for other employees to follow, but I can tell she's a genuinely sweet person too. Inconsistent with service and orders. Its really a crapshoot on what your going to get. Set expectations low. One week, great service with a "good morning" and "have a great day" and your order is correct. But next week, you get the drive up person who clearly not a morning person and apparently thinks, even though you've never met before, that you've somehow offened their ancestors by ordering through the drive through, your turkey sausage egg and cheese wakeup wrap is missing meat and your sons Boston cream donut is missing the filling. If you enjoy mystery, in your in luck, because this is the place for you!
Now, before you judge my review, I worked at McDonald's for 6 years and respect any person who has decided to be a productive member of society and be employed.
