I wanted to take a minute to update my past negative review. I had a negative experience previously at Pretzelmaker and ended up sending an email through their website expressing my disappointment.

About a week later, the franchise owner himself gave me a call to personally apologize for the experience and asked for some more details on the matter so he could look into it more. After doing more investigation by watching the cameras, he gave me a call back and again apologized. He offered me a free meal for my troubles and that was much appreciated.

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, i honestly usually only mostly leave positive ones because I know how important reviews are for a company. Today, I went to the store to get my free meal and the employee who was there was super nice and apologized for my last visit as well (even though he had no idea what happened.) He was sweet and kind and it really changed my mind about this place!

Thank you for being a good company and following up with customers who have negative experiences! I super appreciate the free meal and honestly, just the phone call apologizing was all I needed. THANK YOU!
