McDonald's

This McDonald's is in a bad neighborhood of holyoke Massachusetts. But the employees are nice. The floors are clean the bathrooms are clean. The prices for the food is decent and the food is good. When ever I come here I usually get a fish fillet and it is very good. There is a small parking lot on the side of the building. There is also a drive thru as well. They also have handicapped parking as well. Sometimes when I come here it is packed and have to wait in a long line.

Great people and service; but they need to get rid of the riff raft that hang around bothering people for money!
Drug addicts, nasty ladies, hobos and others make this place their hangouts scaring good paying costumers away!
Management needs to get a handle on what, who and why makes it bad for transacting good or bad business.....

They need to pay more attention to their food. Part of my order was under cooked, a burger being pink in the middle (and not a light pink either). Other than that it was fine.
