However the chairs are 4” to short so the plate is near your neck. Very uncomfortable! -

(March 9, 2019, 9:26 pm)Love the 99! Wish they had some down near my in NJ, but alas I visit when I'm back home in New England.
This location is in the Holyoke mall. Not usually a long wait, wait staff is friendly, and food is great. Everyone gets excited for the free popcorn bowls at your table.
I got the fish and chips, and it did not disappoint. There was an overload of fries, but all good. Yum yum yum! -

(February 17, 2019, 3:18 pm)It was very good! Our waiter, Patrick, was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the prime rib and it tasted perfect! It was medium rare, just the way I like my meat. Got there on the earlier side before it got too busy. The restaurant was clean, and we didn't have to yell to be heard. The manager also came out and greeted everyone, which was also a nice touch.
