    This is the new Dunkin donuts that opened up in Holyoke. It was clean, spacious and I was able to get in and out very quickly. The place looked modern, everything went very well and I recommend this place to anyone who goes to any Dunkin's.

    Great service, wonderful coffee roll and good, if over sweet coffee. The bacon, egg and cheese bagel was just ok, a little soggy like it sat a while.

    This new location opened in May 2019. The interior is mostly bare, with ~8 sitting areas. This location is definitely suited more for drive thru than it is for dining in. The new employees don't seem like they know what they're doing, and rely on the manager to make each order.
