    Ordered the blonde pike with hazelnut syrup. Enjoyed this coffee while sitting down at this location. The refill was quick and prompt. I would recommend this location if you're at the mall. This Starbucks can get very busy at times, which may result in long lines.

    Been going here since Borders closed and plan in being here till it closes. I goto other coffee places but at the Holyoke mall, I go here. Prices are typical for what you get. There almost always seems to be a line. Getting a reusable cup or mug saves you ten cents worth every visit. Payment and tips can be done either in person or with the app.
