Steaming Tender

My wife and I LOVE this place. Excellent food, very friendly staff, and wonderful environment. You really get the feel of going back 50 years. This building has been renovated beautifully.

Love it here, great food and service. Cool atmosphere and we love the old-fashioned vibe. Big, open dining room and everyone is very friendly and upbeat. Usually a small wait on weekend nights but it is worth it. Have been coming ever since I was a kid and will continue to come here! Highly recommend.

Excellent food. Super friendly servers. Really cool atmosphere. A must dine experience for a railroad/train enthusiast. I will definitely return for another dinner in the future. I would say 4 1/2 stars stong.

Okay, some people say, "You went THERE?" but hey, it's freakin ICONIC!! Memories are many! Haven't been there for a few years. Before that it was many, MANY years. It absolutely NEVER CHANGES! Which makes returning that much more great. I met my future husband there in July of 1976! I still own a GLASS beer pitcher from there from that year! Walking in there is like walking back in time.

Fun place to eat. Great drinks. The service was incredible best we've had in awhile. The food was really good and served promptly. Would definitely go again and recommend it to friends. One of the best parts is the trains go by and it adds to the ambiance.
