    Pretty good food, I love their calzones and garlic knots. Delivery has been pretty good and had a single event of incorrect order which they very quickly fixed and sent to us right away. We keep going back!

    I have ordered from Paramount Pizza Literally three times a week if not more. There service, and how they treat you is basically above and beyond. Simple little things like forgetting to order a soda, cookie, or even a dressing they will bring it out to you. The father and son are awesome. And the girl that started out new now has the swing of things snd there are times when I have called and they’ve even remembered the little things I want (like extra ricotta cheese, or light sauce without even asking). My family thinks they have the best pizza. They live in Chicopee and West Springfield. So, speaks volumes of their food. I am Aleah’s satisfied. Thank You Paramount, for being my go to all these years.

    Love paramount! The workers are all awesome and we have never had a messed up order. Everything is always fresh and very good!
