First time, and very cozy, food was good and service was also good.
I will return for an Ala cart visit off the menu and compare.
Fantastic little Italian restaurant with friendly service and delicious food
Amazing all around experience. Food was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The atmosphere felt truly old world charming and very clean and welcoming at the same time. The waitress was very attentive and sweet as pie.
We took part in the 5-course family style dinner and had a great experience at this new intimate Italian restaurant. When you enter this restaurant, you will see that the owner personalized it with family photos and vintage decor creating an atmosphere you may find in a traditional Italian trattoria. The fresh ingredients used in each course made each dish better than the next. I especially liked the tagliatelle pasta in the Pasta Prosciutto course as it is not a common choice for most Italian restaurants in the area, and it paired beautifully with the dish. Whether you try Figlio for lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed in the dining experience. I know I will be going back soon!!
I've been here twice now, and both times everything has been spectacular. While this is a new location for the owner/chef, you can tell that he has spent many years working at his craft because every dish comes out exquisite. I look forward to trying everything on the menu. I'm not aware of many authentic Italian restaurants out here in western mass, so this will be a must-try for anyone in the area searching for something beyond a chain. Really nice atmosphere too, they did a great job with the decor, adding in the Sinatra station in the background on low volume (the perfect vibe), and everyone's very friendly. They're open for lunch until 4pm, which is great because most lunch places nearby close by 2pm. Super reasonable prices, going out to a chain restaurant will probably cost you more & it's not even real food like this is. Stop in and check it out. If the street side parking is full, the parking lot across the street from the Crimmins Graveline Insurance office is always free.
