My family and I went to CPC today based on the Google reviews. Weren't disappointed -- the place is fantastic. We had ribs, brisket, pulled pork, cornbread, and sweet potato fries. Every single item was the paragon of its kind.
Usually in even the very good restaurants you get one or two dud items. Not at CPC. Definitely will visit again.
Plus, there's a fancy bakery right next door if you crave baked desserts.
The brisket is to die for! I am so happy to have a really good barbeque place in our area. It was the perfect meal on a cold winter day! The owner was super friendly too.
I just went. Everything was absolutely delicious. There are only 3 tables but we were the only ones there. It is better than bear bbq. I will be back. I was hesitate bc there were not a lot of reviews. I am happy I went.

You gotta go there, best ribs anywhere but everything there is the best you can get!
I've met the owner Mat, great guy, and very in the know where to buy the best cuts of meat to serve his customers and doesn't settle fo second rate.
He also owns Congamond Pizza whitch is Awesome!!!
I don't know how he does it, in most cases it's nearly impossible to run one good resturant but both of them imo. are an over the wall home run without a doubt, go there, youll go back!!!
