One of the best pho, really good broth. Lovely fresh spring rolls. Consider to get lemon moose for desert. Wonderful service too.

Consistently good, fresh food! Excellent customer service and very clean dining room. Call ahead if ordering takeout and have no wait!

I heard many great things about this place and was disappointed. The food is alright. The service was really slow and when the food came out it was lukewarm. This restaurant has a lot of potential if executed better. The crispy Spring rolls were large but lacking flavor. The sizzling beef has a good flavor but the meat was very dry and tough. The chicken skewers were cooked perfectly but didn’t have flavor and tasted like they were fried, not grilled. The broth had a great flavor but wasn’t warm enough to cook the rare beef. The place was paked and had a lovely atmosphere, it was diverse and loud and busy. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to throughout the state.

My elderly aunt & uncle ( ages 75 & 80) drove to Springfield from Auburn to attend a wake at Hafey”s Funeral Home. They arrived early with the intention of eating before the service. They were standing on the corner of Sumner & Dickinson when a nice gentleman asked if they needed assistance. They asked where they could eat. He recommended Pho Saigon and escorted them to the restaurant. Once inside the staff was so gracious and attentive. My aunt chose the soup and loved it. My uncle wanted a heart meal. They made a suggestion and he loved the meal. So I am in total amazement that my relatives were open minded to try a new type of food. Honestly, not many older people would do so. They repeatedly said how nice and kind the waitress was. I intend to go back enjoy the food myself.

Very nice restaurant. Good pho! And reasonable price. But beware of parking. Do not park across the street and your car might be towed.
