(May 18, 2019, 8:42 pm)An amazing experience. Can't recommend enough. All of the food is exceptional the atmosphere is great, and the staff clearly love what they do. Call ahead -- reserve a table, it's busy for good reason! Can't wait to go back.

(May 11, 2019, 7:03 am)Been here quite a few times for business meetings. It's easy to get to this location.The decor and comfortable booths provide a sense of privacy for discussions. The menu selections plentiful with daily specials, and the food is quite tasty. Today I had the salmon, artichoke and farro entree which was delicious. The service is also good.

(March 23, 2019, 3:37 pm)Max Tavern is my go to restaurant at the NBA Hall of Fame and also in the Springfield area. It’s a huge place and the food is always delicious. Great happy hour specials too. Love the brunch Bloody Mary Bar and if you aren’t starving, order a few appetizers and you’re set! Great for family outings, private parties, date night or just to watch some sports and hang.

(March 21, 2019, 11:06 am)I came here for happy hour on Sunday night and was not disappointed! It has plenty of parking and quick to get to off the highway. There was a happy hour menu and drink specials available in the bar area where the wait staff was extremely attentive. The beef tenderloin for $8 was an amazing deal and delicious. The options for happy hour are pretty extensive and all very good. I recommend stopping in!
