Let me start off by saying that I shouldn't come to Penny's expectin a fine 4 course me...what u should expect is to be blowin away by some of the most outstanding fried chicken this side of the mason dixon!! Wowwwweeee this stuff will knock ur socks off. Delicious not greasy or over salted or seasoned. This is THE real deal!! Now hurry up n make ur way down before I scoop up all the good eats!

(December 22, 2018, 8:38 pm)I love the fish here, however, the music that was being played and the horseplay with the children that were there is not conducive for a business. The profanity also wasn't good for business. I dined in, but next time the food will be taken to go.
