“We had lunch at Big Mamou, It is a small place but the food speak for itself. Delicious southern dishes with a lot taste and perfectly cooked by Chef Wayne’s and his staff. Service is excellent. We ordered gumbo to start, Spicy fried catfish sandwich served with jambalaya rice, Shrimp-n-Sausage jambalaya and for dessert classic New Orleans bread pudding with whiskey sauce. Make sure to try Chef Wayne’s hot sauce. We will definitely come back.”

The staff was very helpful -- they could immediately tell that I had not been in Subway in recent times -- and was very careful to explain options and prompt me through the whole process.
