Warm and inviting atmosphere from the details to the staff. The food is good albeit the shrimp scampi needed a bit of a boost and a small side of the marinara sauce made it scrumptious. The desserts are sweet and the portions all around are enough to share. The bread is a bit of a disappointment warm it's okay, but not fluffy like it use to be. It dries out rather quickly. Kudos to the staff they make this an enjoyable stop.
Okay - so this is a hit or miss for me. Customer service is always great! Food is sometimes really hot and tasty, while other times I’ve had to return my soup cause it was cold or the main meal wasn’t as flavorful and hot as I would like it. I wish they had consistency.
There new menu is out. They have "big" choices. Chicken parmesan, meatball, and stuffed shells.
Food is good, but it is on the salty side. It's not as good as your Italian grandma's, but good.
The service is usually good and everyone knows about the all the salad or soup and bread sticks you want.
Prices are reasonable and you pretty much know what you're going get no matter where you are in the country. That can be considered a positive thing about going to a chain.
The food was awesome! We couldn't make reservations which was stressful for one of the people in our group. She has terminal cancer and it was her birthday. She wanted and needed this time with her friends as this may be her last birthday. The waiter was kind of grumpy at first, which I am assuming it was because we had to wait for a couple of people. And I'm sure management was on him about getting us in and out. I dont blame him at all!! It was obviously slowing down your turnover which I understand and I get. But after a while he warmed up to us and was much more friendlier. But at the end of the night we were happy with our meal and we were able to make a memorable evening with our friend. Had a rough go for one visit and had posted a bad review here about our waitress that we had that day, but after being offered more than was spent that day as a gift card, I decided to go back. We had a much better customer experience on the second trip! Our waiter was very friendly and courteous, and he was also very attentive to make sure that our drinks stayed full and that everything was as delicious as it should be. Our food even tasted better on this trip as well!
