    If you love good fresh bagels THIS IS THE PLACE. They pack their sandwiches. Staff is quick and very pleasant. West Springfield location is clean and inviting. I had the egg, bacon and blue cheese breakfast sandwich and it was so good I went back the next day. Family owned and operated. A gem in the 413. Go there!

    When you offer something this good in an area that really needed it, heavy wait times from excited curious customers is to be expected. Everything is fresh and original, far from your Dunkin Donuts microwaved breakfast sandwich. This spot will be in the morning rotation forever. Keep up the good work!

    Staff and owners of the café are extremely friendly. Service was very fast and the food was fresh, clean, and quite tasty. Personal favorite is bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel with an iced coffee. This family business for sure will be my new daily spot. Convenient location in downtown Westside (95 Elm).
