    Chef-Owners Peter Bunce and Christina Prairie, former head chef and pastry chef at Northampton’s beloved Bistro Les Gras — sadly, a casualty of the pandemic — are serving up elevated street food, or comfort food snacks of the highest order, at their kitchen inside Luthier’s Co-Op in Easthampton. Fried chicken, grilled eggplant sandwiches, menchi katsu sandwiches and caramel pudding are just a few of the delicious “snacks” available most nights. Great to have you back, Peter and Christina!
