The place is big and spacious and the staff seem friendly, but I deducted two stars because I heard one staff member cursing while waiting for my order and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The tile floor had smudges, dirt and marks all over it and the carpet mats had hair and stuff all over them. Decent Dunkin Donuts but it could be a little cleaner, especially for a place where food is served.
