    Probably the cleanest and most organized Dunks location I've entered since coming to Western Mass. Coffee was fresh and the food was prepared well. Fast service, without feeling rushed.

    Got coffee but I won't go back there nothing wrong with the public or place just got water on the way back to home easy but I like house coffee better

    This is a newly remodeled location, it’s small but clean. The staff can be inconsistent. Most of them do a great job and are very pleasant, but once in awhile I get someone who isn’t good at all.....but usually those people don’t stay there for long.

    The last time I went there I ordered a mint hot chocolate, but the machine was not working. We waited for 15 minutes for her to figure it out. We finally got our beverage and left, only to realize once we got in the car that she couldn't be bothered to fix the machine, so she made a coffee with the lid on and we left with that.
