SUPER GOOD. Northampton has had a lot of good or decent restaurants, but none that were truly spectacular...until now! It's really really really good. Fantastic service as well. Decor inside is crazy beautiful. And the food is incredible.

For those used to cheaper western mass restaurants, the price is definitely relative to the value here (e.g., when we went, getting an appetizer, drink, and entree will total maybe $50 or so, which is not crazy, but more than some other places in the area), but very worth it. Hope they stay here forever.

I have been there twice now and both times were about as close to a perfect dining experience as you can get. All of the small bites are incredible but the tempura mushrooms were the stand out. I even suggested that the black garlic sauce be bottled so I could buy it and use it at home! The chef, Aaron, makes sure each dish is aesthetically beautiful while also ensuring that each bite leaves you wanting more. Do yourself a favor and order one of each of the small bites.

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful- and their set up outside is relaxing and most importantly, safe. The tables are spaced far apart making for an intimate dining experience.

The cocktails and wine list also stand out. The Coopers Cup is the perfect summer cocktail and the rosé they have is divine (not to mention they do a great pour).

Congrats to Chef Aaron and his wife, Abby for all of their hard work and dedication paying off- Patria is certainly going to be a staple in the Northampton dining scene.

Best new spot in Northampton!!!! Prohibition-era cocktails (that are actually strong and not all sugar!!!!!), the best appetizers I've ever had, great atmosphere (outdoors and socially distanced), and friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you haven't gone here yet, you are missing out! I CAN'T WAIT for their full menu!
