The d's (to me is short for Dunkin Donuts) they are always quick, if the line seems long don't worry they will get you thru. I like them for there coffee and there chocolate glazed donut. They work as a team. ????
What can ya say dunkin is dunkin
Every employee at this Dunkin Donuts works so hard. My coffee is always perfect. Excellent service, kindness and efficiency. I enjoy talking with all of them. Great work ethic and excellent customer service. This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location. I always try to go here before I go to another location. Gio, Tang, and Carmen are just some of the amazing workers there but they are all good. I can obviously only speak to my own experience there but I read some of the negative reviews and I feel compelled to say that some of them just seem ridiculous. We live in a world of instant gratification. We are spoiled with all of our mobile/on the go ordering options these days. That being said, if you can order from home, avoid the lines, and all you have to do is walk in, grab your food and go and that STILL isn't good enough for you, then you are the problem. No one is perfect. No establishment is perfect. And while a place is as good as it's people, we are all human. Mistakes happen. Certainly nothing to call corporate over. People act like they can't be bothered to make eye contact or express their words face to face anymore. It's sad really. Additionally, many people do not understand how difficult it is to work in the customer service industry. Customer service workers get the brunt of everyone's anger or bad day, the attitude from any unsatisfied customer, the taunting and joking about how easy their job must be, and the constant pressure to hold their tongue when someone is very rude to them because they can't afford to lose their job over someone's stupidity. So it takes a lot to work in customer service. You have to be a pretty strong person to let everything from the day roll off your back, then do it all over again the next day. We need to have more patience and understanding. More kindness and respect for everyone. Everyone's entitled to their opinion. Mine is asking everyone to cut these people some slack. If anything they need more staff and more pay. That seems fair for all their hard work. Thank you to all the DD staff at this location!
Love the people who work here and they always make my order perfect and fast
Your average Dunkin's with a bit above average customer service. Place was clean and staff were friendly. Would come again if in the area.
