Abbott's Frozen Custard - Arlington Center

Another great Abbotts Frozen Custard. An excellent alternative to yogurt or regular ice cream. Excellent friendly helpful staff at my last visit. Has outdoor seating

I don’t know what their ice cream tastes like, my sister & I went there at 1:30 specifically to try the turtle pops. We were told by Mark that there were no turtles available, they were freshly made & in the blast freezer for the next hour so we should come back at 2:30 when they’d be done. So we came back at 2:55 to find that Mark was gone & the turtles hadn’t been dipped so they were still unavailable. Big waste of time. ******That was Thursday - since then Abbott’s apologized & delivered the Turtle Pops to my door. They are worth waiting for, fantastic, thank you! Next time I’ll call ahead - I can see why they were sold out.

Super nice folks!! Ice cream was delicious and creamy. Filled my pregnancy craving for banana splits. Will definitely be back!!

Abbott's has great frozen custard but even better customer service. My boyfriend is from Rochester and really missed his hometown Abbott's, especially the chocolate almond that is a staple flavor there. Unfortunately, chocolate almond isn't super popular in New England so they don't make it every day and the stars never aligned with the timing of our visits. Upon mentioning this, the general manager took it upon himself to prepare two cups of chocolate almond for us on the spot. It was a special treat that was not only delicious but heartwarming for a homesick Abbott's fan. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our day. Best custard ever.
