The arlington restaurant and diner is the best. They have great breakfast and lunch food and the service is excellent! At times it can be very busy but the wait is worth it.
Delicious food. I had the Benedict and my wife had the steak and eggs. The benedict was excellent. The steak was slightly overcooked (was supposed to be medium) but was still nice and tender. Home fries were delicious. Small place with probably 10-15 tables so it has a cozy atmosphere. It was very busy when we went (mid-morning on Sunday) but we got a table right away for the two of us. Other parties had to wait for up to 20+ minutes. Service was attentive considering how busy it was. I would rate it at two dollar signs ($$) vs the $ rating on Google Maps but I guess it's all relative. The bill was around $37 for the two of us plus tip whereas I have eaten at diners in the $20 range. The menu is somewhat small but still a decent selection with some variety.
I wish it wasn't necessarily called a diner. The food was okay and staff was friendly. You could definitely tell much of the food was prepackaged or frozen. I'm not against this all the time but so much of the thrill of a diner is that fresh, local taste, which we just did not get here. It also had a very Greek feel to it which is why I wish it wasn't refered to as just a diner (maybe call yourself a Greek diner). The prices were also a bit high considering what you're getting. If I'm going to spend over $10-15 for one person for breakfast, it better include real maple syrup (we're in New England...) and fresher ingredients. I'll probably go back for one more visit but as of right now there are other diners that excite me more.
Greek restaurant that serves diner food. Staff friendly, food is good but average. I like the Greek twist to their eggs Benedict and omelettes. I've only had breakfast here (like a hundred times) so I don't know about the rest of the menu.
