Great food. Reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. What more could you want.
3 stars because I got whole clams that were terrible. I got sick from them at first I thought was a stomach bug 2 days later I ate them again and got sick again. Clams are one of my favorite dishes. The place is clean people are nice.
The food is delicious. The menu is varied. The wait staff is professional and attentive. But, the never rush you.
Ashland Ale House has become the place to be on a Friday night in Ashland. They have a well balanced menu, but it leans to the comfort side of the food spectrum. That being said, their food is hearty and delicious and served generously. They always have great specials going as well that can make it hard to pick because they all sound real tasty. My personal favorite is the fried corn bread croutons that come with one of the salads, they're little cubes from food heaven.
I prefer to come here for a late lunch/early dinner type of thing rather than a night out on the weekend as it can get rather loud. If you're looking for that, then don't think twice, this is a lively place. I don't hold this against them because they do have a great bar for sports and libations so it's only natural. 5 stars for food alone!
A great local bar with a well stocked beer selection.
Fun atmosphere full of active music, special game or tasting nights. The food menu holds it's own offering all the pub style favorites extending into a filled out restaurant list. Anything from wings or calamari to flatbreads, steak tips ,flame
