Went here last night to see a friends band. Still a little on the fence about my experience but will try again.
Overall the staff was friendly, many were overwhelmed, and a little short but they apologized. They definitely were not prepared for a full house.
On to the food:
the spinach dip was great! Although the chips were nice and thick so they didn’t break, they were covered in oil.
I don’t recommend the boneless chicken wings as they were soggy. They did however have a good flavor to them.
My friend ordered a chicken caesar wrap which I would recommend you pass on. The lettuce was brown, the chicken was clearly the frozen type that they just warmed up and you weren’t able to eat it like a wrap.
On to my meal. Well, first it was served to someone else and then brought over to me after sitting with the other person for a few minutes. It took 30 min for me to get someone to come check on us and for me to send it back. They were very sorry and once it was sent back it came out quick. The burger was amazing!!! The flavor was perfect and so were the green beans.
Overall the biggest downfall was EVERYTHING was very greasy. Also in the four hours we were there I was only able to have one alcoholic beverage. The margarita I had was very good.
Overall I will try them again once they have a better handle on service. The staff was friendly and I hold this to be important.
Staff was only somewhat attentive. I had asked for a sauce, it didn't come, waited and waited. It also took quite a while to checkout.
The food itself was fine but not great. I really enjoyed the fried pickles. But my salad was just blah. The beer selection was good though and the venue itself has nice seating.
Dependable in every city. You know exactly what you'll get. Good beer, passable fare, and a good looking server.
A group of work buddies got together on a cold Tuesday night in February, which we've done several times at your bar. It was so cold outside that it took a while for us to notice how insanely cold it was inside! It'd be a laugh to see all the patrons (there were quite a few) in their coats, hats, even gloves, except that it's not funny.
When we asked our server if anything could be done, she explained that the thermostat is locked in the manager's office, they have no access and had no way to contact the manager. I didn't have a thermometer but it couldn't have been over 60 degrees inside. Add the "wind chill" of the blowers working and it was insufferable.
We've liked this place before. It's a chain and feels it but it's a good hangout with good wings. But management needs to answer for the conditions on this visit. I wrote an email to 3 different management addresses but, after 10 days, no response.
Our next night out will be somewhere else.
