    I like to come here and will pay the extra to get a nice pourover coffee. When you make a pourover style coffee, it is a 3 minute minimum brewing process to extract all the flavor of the beans. This can't be rushed. Most of the time, the coffee is great. But today, the employee carelessly dumped water over the beans, and the brew was done in 30 seconds. The lack of brew time really reflected on the flavor. One might think they would be making thing perfectly with how much they are always trying to promote thier pourover coffees.

    Great staff! Quick and friendly! Their food is prepared to order, and their ingredients are top notch too. Sometimes, their items are limited, due to they choose quality over quantity. Everything is as fresh as possible.

    The "Impossible sausage, egg, and cheese" is AWESOME! It's like a "Scottish Egg" with cheese, in a pitta bread. Really well made.

    I can't say enough nice things about this location!
