I had a nice breakfast at the Donut Villa Diner with my friends before a road trip. I got “The Hungry Man”, which is a version of the quintessential diner order where you get everything breakfast related on a plate. The meal itself was very good, but the value of it all made it great. For $11.99 you get two meats, a coffee, and a juice included with everything else which I am definitely not used to seeing, but very much appreciate. My group also got donuts which we enjoyed, but aren’t on the same level of Union Square or Black Bird. As long as you set some expectations with the donuts themselves you’ll really like this place.

Food is great here! Lots of options and large portions. I've done dine-in and take-out and both are great. The staff working there are really friendly and kind. Donut Villa is a great addition to the Central Square neighborhood!

If you want something sweet get the donut French toast. Goes great with some butter and syrup for extra sweetness. Just looking at it gave me goosebumps and cavities. But it was delicious. Then I had two eggs over easy with some toast to balance out my sugar/salt intake. Good diner. I didn’t see grits on the menu but not a huge deal breaker. Oh yeah and the place looks like a ‘50’s diner. Even the tunes on the radio were boomer approved.

This place is really good. Very friendly staff, good music and very good food. In Boston on vacation, ended up eating here 3 days in a row. My (grown) son loved the donut french toast and Boston Cream filled pancakes. I'm more of a "savory" guy and the steak tips were great, eggs cooked perfectly and good spuds as well. Thanks!
