A lot of people (colleagues, friends) recommended this place.

    Pros and cons
    1. It’s pretty close from the central square T.
    2. Only pickup is available.
    3. The restaurant has hard time understanding / explaining ‘Gluten’. However they tried their best and hence the 4 stars.
    4. The food was very oily. I wonder if that was because I opted for Gluten-free.
    5. Spice level was ok!

If you have a food allergy - be vocal and don’t be afraid to ask questions. We will be ordering again.

I’ve been looking for a good Chinese restaurant (not in Chinatown) for a long time, and then this place opened! Such good food—I always order their mapo tofu. I’d say this place is better than Blossom Bar in Brookline. Food is less oily, more authentic.

One thing that surprised me about this restaurant is that they charge for a pot of tea, whereas most Chinese places I’ve been, it’s complimentary. But, that‘s pretty minor. The food is delicious.

Love this place. This was the one thing missing in Central sq area. They have great vegetarian options and can even modify dishes to make them vegetarian. My favorite is the dry hot pot!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The salt and pepper chicken and the fried rice with invisible scallions were otherworldly. Superb. The twice cooked pork and cellophane noodles were also delicious. The pork buns were good, although they didn't stand out like the rest.

Overall, it was a greasy meal, but still delicious.
