La Saison Bakery

My favorite bakery ever. It makes me never want to move away from the Boston area, that’s how good it is. Amazing food served up by amazing people.

Tiny but powerful. This little neighbourhood spot even has parking. Come for everything and anything they make. You have to try the sourdough bread the texture has a beautiful chewiness and light sponginess. It has a slight sourdough flavour that is discernible but not overly strong. The croissants are flakey and buttery and they have several types. As a savory person I love the za’atar feta biscuit. The hot chocolate is decadent and a perfect balance of sweet and earthy.

Love this place! I would recommend getting their fudge cookies, chocolate croissants, sourdough; honestly I've never had anything bad here. It's all delicious! So if you like baked goods, be ready to come out with loads of stuff.

Coffee was decent, nothing special. I would have ranked higher if they had more latte options and the price was lower. It was over $8 for a normal size 12oz coffee! I didn't try the baked goods so maybe that is more what this place is known for.

On my way back to NYC I stopped by this charming bakery. What a pleasant owner! She was a very friendly and a welcoming person. Their croissant and other goodies are all well made, crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside. It’s a great place to visit!
