Don't be discouraged by the store front and lack of credit card options, the meals are delicious and worth the time and effort.

The only thing that I’ve eaten from Punjabi Dhaba is chhole Bhature and samosas. I would not say that the food is bad, but the gravy could definitely use some improvement. Chhole gravy was filled with onions and had a bitter taste. Chhole(Chickpeas sauteed in a gravy of onions and tomatoes with spices) is an authentic north Indian dish that is not supposed to have any bitterness to it, it is a mix of Tanginess and spiciness and Punjabi dhaba fails to master that. Ironically the name of the restaurant is nothing like the food it delivers. For folks that have never been to India and would like to give it a try, go ahead but this is not an authentic North Indian Punjabi chhole. You can do better!

Punjabi Dhaba is excellent. It is a highlight when we have our meal from their kitchen. Every dish we have tried is expertly prepared and delicious! We highly recommend them. Enjoy!
